Tasks and Responsibilities:
● Development of this new role since day one.
● Provide technical sales support and assistance by phone, message, email, video conference and if needed, presential visit to our main distributors located in Mexico, Caribbean and LATAM.
● Pre-sales and After sales support regarding our products and solutions.
● Interaction and teamwork with local and HQ team.
● Accurate documentation and follow of all the projects, clients, and customer visits.
● Actively participate in the continuous improvement of products, processes, and tools by delivering
constructive feedback to HQ and the service manager LATAM.
● Support in product trainings, roadshows, webinars, and local expos.
Requirements:
● Willingness to learn and develop in the solar energy Mexican sector.
● Based in Merida, Guadalajara, or Mexico City, with regular travel (20%)
● 1-3 years of experience in the sector.
● Bachelor in Mechatronic / Electrical engineering/ Renewable energy.
● Master´s degree is a plus.
● Basic knowledge of residential, C&I and hybrid.
● Basic technical understanding of Solar PV and power electronics.
● General knowledge of Mexican PV regulation.
● Ability to handle high volume of phone calls and emails, and to prioritize information and problem solve.
● Strong work ethic, teamwork, proactive, and ability to work independently, without constant supervision.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills – particularly verbal communication skills that will allow quick troubleshooting over the phone by getting to the root of the issue quickly and diffusing high pressure scenarios such as frustrated customers.
● Customer service and team work are a key attitudes.
