Job Description:
a. In charge of the pre-sales and after sales technical support
b. To support the sales manager for the meeting with customers
c. Collecting the customer’s technical question and technical requirement
d. In charge of technical support during the installation and commission
e. Communication with the Head Quarter for the technical side and solve the technical support during the project construction, and commission
f. Support to communicate with customer for the sales and after service
g. Support to collect the market and marketing information
h. Support to sales manager for the custom visit, meeting arrangement
i. Translate for the local language to English or Chinese if needed
j. Support the sales manager to collect the new client and develop new custom
k. Support the sales team for technical negotiation and commercial negotiation if need
Prefer Background
a. Local language and can speak and communicate with English or Chinese, prefer Chinese
b. Major of Electrical Engineer/Telecommunication Engineer, master is prefer
c. Prefer to have solar engineer experience, solar inverter is prefer

a. Based in Bangkok, Thailand
b. Business travel to different province and city and the project site
c. Report to Technical Manager in HQ and second report to country manager
